User Agreement

1. Welcome

Welcome to FNMG Network, a streaming entertainment platform owned and operated by FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC ("FNMG," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC governing your access to and use of FNMG Network, including our website, mobile applications, streaming services, merchandise store, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use FNMG Network, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age of majority, you are using the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.
All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You will promptly update your information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account allows you to access subscriptions, saved content, personalized recommendations, and other Platform features.

You agree that you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
All activity occurring under your account.
Keeping your account information accurate and current.
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You may not:

Share your account credentials with others.
Sell or transfer your account.
Allow unauthorized users to access subscription benefits through your account.

FNMG is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions

FNMG Network may offer:

Monthly subscriptions
Annual subscriptions
Promotional pricing
Limited-time discounts
Free trials
Other subscription plans introduced in the future

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current subscription price using your selected payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not typically result in a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Partial billing periods are not refunded.

Free Trials

Free trial offers are limited and may be restricted by account, payment method, or household. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing is temporary and subject to eligibility requirements. After a promotion ends, subscriptions renew at the standard price unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes

FNMG reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any price changes become effective.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FNMG Network lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

Share subscription accounts outside your household.
Hack or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform.
Circumvent subscription or payment requirements.
Redistribute, rebroadcast, record, or publicly perform streamed content without authorization.
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Send spam or unsolicited communications.
Exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities.
Attempt piracy of streamed content.
Interfere with Platform operations or network performance.
Use bots, scrapers, automated systems, or scripts to access the Platform without permission.
Create fake, deceptive, or fraudulent accounts.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with FNMG Network remains the exclusive property of FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC or its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Platform software
Source code
User interface
Branding
Logos
Trademarks
Graphics
Platform design
Video player technology
Layouts
Artwork
Databases
Documentation
Marketing materials

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership or license rights beyond your limited right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Content Ownership

Shows, films, documentaries, and other media available on FNMG Network remain the property of their respective creators, studios, distributors, or licensors.

FNMG Network licenses certain content solely for streaming through the Platform.

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of any content.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display, or otherwise exploit streamed content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

8. User Generated Content

Certain Platform features may allow users to upload or submit:

Videos
Images
Comments
Reviews
Contest entries
Feedback
Creator submissions
Other materials

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

However, by submitting content to FNMG Network, you grant FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display
Host
Stream
Store
Process
Reproduce
Distribute
Modify as necessary for technical operation
Promote submitted content in connection with operating and marketing the Platform

You represent that you own or have permission to submit all uploaded materials.

9. DMCA & Copyright Policy

FNMG Network respects intellectual property rights.

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Contact information
Good faith statement
Statement made under penalty of perjury
Physical or electronic signature

Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification as permitted under applicable copyright law.

FNMG reserves the right to:

Remove allegedly infringing material
Suspend access
Permanently terminate repeat infringers

10. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, FNMG Network cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may experience:

Scheduled maintenance
Emergency maintenance
Software updates
Technical failures
Network interruptions
Third-party service outages

Content availability may change without notice due to licensing agreements or legal requirements.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

FNMG may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

Fraud
Payment disputes or chargebacks
Harassment
Copyright infringement
Illegal activity
Violation of these Terms
Subscription abuse
Security concerns
Unauthorized commercial use

Termination may result in loss of access to subscriptions, saved content, and account data where permitted by law.

12. Purchases

FNMG Network may offer:

Merchandise
Digital products
Event tickets
Promotional items

Purchases may be subject to:

Applicable taxes
Shipping charges
Return policies
Promotional discount terms
Inventory availability

Certain products may be non-refundable or final sale as disclosed at purchase.

13. Creator Programs (Future)

FNMG may introduce creator and partner programs allowing approved creators to submit content.

Participation may require acceptance of additional agreements governing:

Content submissions
Revenue sharing
Licensing
Distribution rights
Monetization
Approval standards
Content moderation
Removal rights

Participation is subject to approval by FNMG.

14. Community Features

The Platform may include:

Voting
Comments
Fan engagement
Community forums
Live chats
Contests
Interactive events

FNMG reserves the right to:

Moderate discussions
Remove content
Restrict participation
Close discussions
Disqualify contest entries
Suspend community privileges

Users are expected to engage respectfully.

15. Third-Party Services

FNMG Network relies on third-party providers to operate certain services, including but not limited to:

Stripe (payment processing)
Mux (video hosting and streaming)
Google (authentication and services)
Apple (authentication, app distribution, and payment services)
Social login providers
Analytics providers
Cloud infrastructure providers

Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

FNMG is not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FNMG disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that:

The Platform will always be available.
Content will remain available indefinitely.
Errors will never occur.
The Platform will always be secure or free from viruses.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Where permitted by law, FNMG's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to FNMG during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FN MEDIA GROUP, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
Content you submit to the Platform.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact FNMG to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not applicable, in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration.
Disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seek injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

21. Changes to These Terms

FNMG may revise these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
